CHOCOLATE CAKE



INGREDIENTS

  • Pillsbury Cake Mix (Rich Coco) : 1 Pack
  • Egg : 2
  • Oil : 1/4th cup
  • Water : 3/4th cup
FOR ICING
  • Fresh Cream : 200g
  • Cadbury Bourneville Fine Dark Chocolate : 250g
  • Cooking Butter (Unsalted) : 50g
  • Honey : 3tsp

PROCEDURE

  1. Bake the cake as described in the pack. The more you beat the ingredients the more soft and spongy the cake will be. Use a food processor to beat the ingredients.
  2. For Icing, Heat the fresh cream and bring it to a boil. Switch of the stove and add dark chocolate (200g), butter and honey. Mix the ingredients well till the chocolate and butter are melted.
  3. Once the cake is baked, loosen the sides with the container and allow it to cool.
  4. Then apply the icing on the cake. 
  5. Finally scrape the remaining chocolate on the cake.
